Complaints and questions regarding purchases on stelton.com

If you have experienced a problem with a product purchased on stelton.com, or if you have questions about your order, please fill out the contact form via our service portal.

If your product was purchased from one of our retailers – in-store or online – all questions regarding functionality, use, or complaints must be directed to the retailer.

About claims

If you, as a consumer, wish to make a complaint about a Stelton product, please contact the store or webshop where the item was purchased. If you received the product as a gift, you will need to ask the gift giver where it was purchased.

According to EU consumer law, a valid receipt confirming that the product was purchased within the past two years is required in order to submit a complaint. The law also states that a complaint must be submitted as soon as the defect or fault is discovered.

When you contact the store where the product was purchased, the staff will assess and, if necessary, test the product based on Stelton’s guidelines to determine whether the complaint is justified.
